How do I use the PhoenixMobile integration?

WCA has partnered with PhoenixMobile and created an integration that works with their mobile appraising app.

If you're interested in using PhoenixMobile to do appraisal work on your iOS 5 device (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch), please contact Sales at 800-528-3445.

Please note that PhoenixMobile currently only offers the UAD 1004, UAD 2055, UAD 1073, and UAD 1073 forms. We will be working with them to bring more forms online in future updates. 

Importing from PhoenixMobile
1. In the PhoenixMobile app, select the Sync option to ensure your data is accessible.
2. In RealEasy Appraisals, open a new blank report or an existing report you wish to add data from PhoenixMobile to. Please note that if you open an existing report, any existing data will be overwritten by the data present in PhoenixMobile.
3. Go to Services --> PhoenixMobile Integration.

4. If not already entered, enter your PhoenixMobile username and password, then click Next.

5. Select the Import option, then click Next.

6. Select the PhoenixMobile folder that contains your report, then select the report, then click Download.

7. You will receive a pop-up message, warning you that any data in your PhoenixMobile report will overwrite existing data in your RealEasy Appraisals report. Click Yes to proceed, or click No and return to step 1.
8. The next screen displays the photos associated with your PhoenixMobile report; if you have no photos, skip to step 9. If you tagged the photos in PhoenixMobile, they will automatically be transferred to the correct addendum in the report, though you can rearrange them if necessary now. If you have untagged photos you wish to include in your report, you can drag them from the left area to the report pane on the right; all available photo addenda can be selected from the dropdown at the top of the report pane. When your photos are set correctly, click Transfer.

9. You will see a progress bar while the integration transfers your PhoenixMobile report data to your RealEasy Appraisals report; when it completes, click Exit.

You can now complete your report in RealEasy Appraisals. If you need to return to the field and you wish to take your updated report with you, follow the Export instructions below to bring your changes back into PhoenixMobile. If you need to make changes to a sketch originally created in the PhoenixMobile app, go to Tools --> PhoenixSketch.

Exporting from RealEasy Appraisals
1. In RealEasy Appraisals, open the report you wish to transfer to PhoenixMobile.
2. Go to Services --> PhoenixMobile Integration.

3. If not already entered, enter your PhoenixMobile username and password, then click Next.

4. Select the Export option, then click Next.

5. Select the PhoenixMobile folder where you wish to store your report, then click Export.

6. You will see a progress bar while the integration transfers your RealEasy Appraisals report data to your PhoenixMobile account; when it completes, click Exit.
7. In the PhoenixMobile App, select the Sync option to ensure your data is accessible.

You can now open and edit your report in the PhoenixMobile app while in the field. When you return to RealEasy Appraisals, follow the Import instructions above to bring your changes back into RealEasy Appraisals.
