1. Close RealEasy Appraisals.
2. Go to C:Program FilesCommon Files if you are running a 32-bit operating system, or C:ProgramFiles (x86)Common Files if you are running a 64-bit operating system. (The Program Files (x86) folder will only appear on 64-bit operating systems - if you don't see it, go to Program Files.)
3. Find and delete the SFREP folder inside the Common Files folder.
4. Reinstall RealEasy Appraisals.
When the reinstall is complete, re-open RealEasy Appraisals and you should be able to proceed.
