This information applies to all users currently upgrading to Apex Medina 4.2

*If you are not yet comfortable with the new look Apex Medina offers and would like to   view the more Classic view, which is close to previous Apex versions. 

 

Medina View to Classic View:

1. Open Apex Medina V4

2. Click on Tools -> Configurations

3. When the configurations screen opens click on the Misc. tab

4. Locate the UI Options box and click on Classic user interface

5. Click Ok and exit and restart Apex to have new interface take effect.

 

Classic View to Medina View:

1.      Open Apex Medina V4

2.      Click on Options -> Configurations

3.      When the configurations screen opens click on the Misc. tab

4.      Locate the UI Options box and click on Classic user interface

5.      Click Ok and exit and restart Apex to have new interface take effect.

 

This information applies to all users currently upgrading to RealEasy Appraisals version 6.8.

Recently lenders have become as dependent on listings as on sales.   

With this in mind, the generic listing addenda in the URAR report and the RMPF report (non-lender version of the URAR report) was replaced by a listing addenda more specific to those forms.

 The new Listing Addenda (1-3 and 4-6) are in the main Contents Menu.  The old Listing Addenda has been moved to the end of Contents > Additional Addenda 5.  

To  transfer information from the old listing addenda to the new listing addenda on existing reports do the following:  

1.  Open the existing appraisal report.  If the report is signed, un-sign it.

2.  Open the new Listing Comps 1-3 addenda,

3.  Perform a <Ctrl+M> key combination to open a dialog box.

4.  ( Type)  listcmp.bas   <enter>  

 The listing photos will still be in Listing Photos 1-3  

 

Several  requests have been made to transfer information  from the HUD 92051 addenda  into the HUD 92051 report.  

 

1. Open  the report and then open the HUD 92051 addenda.

2. Perform a <Ctrl+M> key combination to open a dialog box.

3. (Type) savecir.bas  <enter>  to save the addenda info.

4. Open the Hud 92051 Report

5. Perform a <Ctrl+M> key combination to open a dialog box.

6. This information applies to all users currently upgrading to RealEasy Appraisals version 6.8.

7. (Type) loadcir.bas <enter> to insert the addenda info into the report.
