Internet Update

To obtain the enhancements for RealEasy Photos Plus, RealEasy Office Plus, and RealEasy Maps Plus from the Internet, follow the steps below

BE PATIENT.  This may take a while.  The number of files updated will depend on the last time you updated Photos Plus. We recommend Internet Update be repeated until ‘No Conflicts’ message displays. (Occasionally some files do not download on the first pass due to timing issues).  This should be performed on all “stand alone” PC’s and on all network Workstations running Photos Plus.

If you do not have DSL lines or cable modems you may prefer to order a replacement CD ($25 plus shipping charges).  Contact the WCA Sales Department at 1-800-528-3445.

To Update RealEasy Photos Plus and Maps Plus:

• Log on to the Internet

• Click on Start, Programs, RealEasy  Photos Plus, Internet Update Plus

• Click Start

To Update RealEasy Office Plus:

• Log on to the Internet

• Click on Start, Programs, RealEasy  Office Plus, Internet Update Plus.
