The following link contains a self-extracting installer that will install integrated add-on applications to the RealEasy Appraisals program

NOTE: Please verify your version of Real Easy Appraisals from the Help menu (the version and date of the program) and your registration codes before continuing. Several integrated programs require updated versions of appraisals for use.

Link to Marshall and Swift online! The RealEasy Marshall & Swift Estimator links the appraisal URAR, 2055, and MFH (Manufactured Homes) forms to Marshall and Swift online. The online results are placed into the Marshall and Swift Addenda so you don’t have to retype the information.

Updated 32-bit Neighborhood database which merges existing form-type driven neighborhood data into an unified application.

Appraisals Tool Organizer

The Tool Organizer will help organize the 'TOOLS' menu listing in the appraisal program, removing unnecessary links, and re-ordering others by user choice.

Archive Scanlink (FTP link to folder)

Scanlink.exe is the full installer program designed for integration of 32-bit scanners and RealEasy Appraisals. The install program is designed to take advantage of the features present within 32-bit scanning technology.

Scanoff.exe is the Scanlink extension that turns off the 32-bit acquire function for 16 & 48 bit scanners. Run this executable if Scanon or Scanlink is installed. This executable should only be used if the 32-bit Scanlink software does not fully acquire images.
