Legacy Software ApplicationsRealEasy Photos provides an electronic means of storing exterior and interior property images by address/view and eliminates the time, costs and headaches associated with photo processing. The images can be re-used as comps as many times as desired. Addenda pages are available for the subject (front, rear and street), up to nine (9) comparables, and as many general photos as desired. A letter-size commercial page with two images and related narrative information is also available. The photo addenda can be printed individually or attached to the appraisal. RealEasy Comps stores building characteristics and useful extended information about comparable properties in a universal database available to all of the appraisal forms. Enter once, use anywhere. Search functions allow ability to locate potential comps by address, neighborhood, square footage, bedrooms, and city, among others. Front view photos can be displayed using RealEasy Photos. The building characteristics can be transferred to the market analysis section of the forms and the images to the photo addenda. RealEasy Maps II interfaces with RealEasy Appraisals. Users can adjust the “rub on” arrows if necessary. The maps can be printed or attached to the appraisal. We compress the maps for faster EDI transfers. Microsoft Streets 2000 is recommended to obtain the most up-to-date streets. RealEasy Sketches provides an electronic means of creating floor plans. Heading information required by the sketch addenda is transferred from the appraisal and area calculations created by sketch are posted back to the appraisal. Both processes reduce time, redundant entries and clerical errors. The sketch can be printed individually or attached to the appraisal. RealEasy Office provides numerous functions for the appraisal office. Basic information on subject properties is retained in here even though the appraisal may be deleted from the hard disk. Search functions on several fields — such as property address and homeowner name — will determine if a property has been appraised previously. Options are available for single-item or multiple-line invoices. It includes excellent labor-saving techniques for posting cash receipts and prints aged statements and receivable reports. Commissions can be calculated at different rates, both flat rates and percentages, for different forms for different appraisers. Appraiser expenses can be recorded and included in the commission reports. A number of management reports are available to assist in tracking the appraisal and insuring its prompt completion. The appraisal document can even be started from here, including the transfer of subject information to eliminate redundant data entry. Three levels of security are provided to put financial and other confidential information on a need-to-know basis. Note: RealEasy Transfer is a new program written to facilitate accessing RealEasy Appraisals for RealEasy Office and vice versa. It is now possible to search for records using multiple search fields and to transfer more information between RealEasy Office and RealEasy Appraisals than previously.
