We've Got Class! (Appraising Today)

Receive 2-days of hands-on instruction and 14 credit hours of continuing education.  Create an appraisal in Windows, learn the latest hardware and software, send electronically (EDI) and discuss the latest industry issues.

2008 Class Schedule

Continuing Education:
The fee for the training classes is $200.00 ($250.00 for non contract customers).  Please note that we are approved in South Carolina to offer the 14 credit hours required for license renewal.  South Carolina has reciprocity with the state of Georgia.  If you are from outside South Carolina and Georgia, check with your local State Appraisal Board to determine whether it honors South Carolina classes.

Accommodations:
WCA has made arrangements with The Phoenix Inn at 246 N. Pleasantburg Drive, which is approximately two miles from WCA.  The corporate rate is $79.00 per night*  for a room with a double or king size bed.  The price includes a full breakfast buffet.  There is no extra charge for spouse accommodations.  As soon as you register with WCA, please call the Phoenix Inn to make reservations.  Their number is 1-800-257-3529.

You are not registered until we receive your online registration and payment.  Note: We will fax you travel information and a map to our office approximately one week prior to class.
